JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2018 A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent-Board on perusal of which it appears that the petitioners' grievances have been substantially redressed. There is statement made in paragraph-6 of the supplementary counter affidavit that affiliation to the institution in question has been accorded with effect from the date recognition was granted to it by National Council for Teachers Education. On the question of holding of examination, there is statement made in paragraph-7 of
Patna High Court CWJC No.15702 of 2017 (6) dt.12-07-2018 2/2 the affidavit that steps are being taken for holding D.El.Ed examination at the earliest particularly in the light of a letter written by the Principal Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar dated 2.7.2018. The petitioner had a grievance that the Bihar School Examination Board is not conducting pending D.El.Ed examinations of the St. Theresa's Primary Teacher Education College, Bettiah right from the Session 2014-16 onwards.
In view of the stand taken in the supplementary counter affidavit, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Board to ensure that the examinations in question are conducted by November, 2018.
