The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case NO. 687 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 467, 468, 474, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 (B) (C) of the Information Technology Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that three persons were arrested on suspicion and from the aforesaid three persons, gadgets/electronic device which were to be used for committing unfair practice in the examination of constables to be conducted at Jehanabad, were allegedly found. It is further submitted that amongst such recoveries, was also the certificate of the petitioner. It is further submitted that neither was any electronic device recovered from the

Therefore, the entire allegations against him are based on conjecture and surmises and the sole fact is that the petitioner's certificate was found with the alleged culprits. Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case and remoteness of the connection of the petitioner with the crime alleged to have been committed, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge - 1, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 687 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
