JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioner is seeking regular bail in S. Tr. No. 297/2016 arising out of Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 673/2015 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 353, 121 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(I-b), A, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 27 of the C.L.A. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of this petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused Laxmi Singh, who was caught lashed with country-made rifle and live cartridges. This petitioner has not been apprehended by police on the alleged place of occurrence, the

Learned counsel further submits that there is one case against the petitioner, as stated in paragraph 3 of the application, however, he has been granted regular bail in the said case. Learned counsel for the State is present.

In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 7th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with S. Tr. No. 297/2016 arising out of Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 673/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
