2. The present writ application has been filed for arrest of respondent no. 6, who is accused in Laherimullah P.S. Case No. 362 of 2020.

3. Mr. Shravan Kumar, on instructions from his client, has submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and the respondent no. 6 has already been arrested. He further submits that the petitioner, being a lady, apprehends threat from the accused persons including respondent no. 6.
