2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed representation before the respondent no. 3, the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna seeking voluntary retirement from his service with immediate effect but the same has not been disposed of uptill now.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to dispose of the representation of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15444 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
