The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019, registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant by Molasir Ansari with the help of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the allegation has been made against the petitioner to help co-accused, Molasir Ansari in the kidnapping of daughter of the informant but the daughter of the informant in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. detailed about her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62362 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 kidnapping only by co-accused, Molasir Ansari and she has not disclosed the name of this petitioner in any manner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
