For issuance of writ in the nature of a writ of mandamus for commanding and/or directing the respondent authorities to release the amount of 'Mukhyamantri Balika Medha Chhatravirti' to the Punjab National Bank, Charne Branch, District- Supaul, so that the same can be paid to the petitioner."
