2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 25 (1-b)/a/26/35 of Arms Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant received a secret information that three miscreants have assembled with arms to commit crime . Upon such information , a raid was conducted by informant and other police officals and after brief chase , one co-accused persons namely Rohit Kumar was apprehended on the spot who disclosed the name of this petitioner.
4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . The name of petitioner was transpired in the confessional statement of the apprehended coaccused persons. No incriminating material has been recovered
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71499 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/2 from the conscious possession of the petitioner. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail and submitted that petitioner along with other co-accused persons assembled on the spot to commit crime and when police arrived he fled away from the spot but one co-accused Rohit Kumar was apprehended on the spot with arms and ammunition . Petitioner has got 3 criminal antecedents.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and criminal antecedents of this petitioner, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
