By a detailed order dated 07.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50498 of 2021, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was allowed with a direction to the learned court below to verify whether the petitioner has resigned from his service or not. If he has not resigned from the service, then his bail bond shall not be accepted, relying on the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has resigned from the service. When the bail bond of the petitioner was not accepted, he has moved before this court to modify the aforesaid order.
