Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR would reveal that the petitioner and other accused have been suspected to commit murder of the brother of the informant.

Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no eye-witness of the occurrence. Learned counsel for the informant opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6980 of 2018(3) dt.16-03-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 288 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
