It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the instant application has been filed for quashing of the F.I.R. being Nawada Town P.S. Case no.90 of 2017 and for release of vehicle seized in connection with the above case. It is further submitted that the vehicle in question has been released in favour of the petitioner during pendency of this application
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2204 of 2017(5) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 and the case in the learned Court below having progressed during pendency of this application, he seeks permission to withdraw this application to move an appropriate application in accordance with law.
