31-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Shahpur P.S. Case No. 275 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 304-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is case of dowry death of informant's daughter due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry of Rs. 3,00,000/- (three lacs) and petitioner is husband of the deceased. In this case, there is specific allegation that petitioner and his family members were torturing daughter of the informant due to non-fulfilling of further demand of dowry. Victim died in unnatural circumstances and death has occurred within five years of marriage. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the prayer for bail
