Anisur Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the respondents. Mr. Raj Nandan Prasad, learned counsel for the Bihar State Housing Board, submits that whatever was payable to the petitioner has been paid to him. The petitioner has also been intimated that there shall be no insistence for immediate adjustment of Rs. 10 lacs which is deductible from the end of the petitioner and that shall be adjusted against the salary and other dues.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1615 of 2018 dt.21-06-2023 2/2 Mr. Anisul Rahman, however, is dissatisfied because some of his grievances have yet not been redressed.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner that in case any grievance is still left to be redressed, he may approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board within a period of four weeks, who shall be under an obligation to look into the matter and pass a reasoned order within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the presentation.

Should the petitioner still feel aggrieved, he may agitate before the appropriate forum.
