Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a,26/35 of Arms Act. A country made loaded pistol was allegedly recovered from possession of co-accused Mukesh Das @ Sri Ram Das when he was hiding himself beside a bush behind the house of this petitioner. For that reason, petitioner has also been implicated as accused. Petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2018 after remand from some other case. Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner in this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
