Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 281 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 384, 387, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The dispute involved between the parties is purely civil in nature. As a matter of fact, with an intention to grab the land of the husband of the petitioner no. 1 the complaint has filed the present false case. Petitioners have never cheated

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge VII-cum-A.C.J.M., Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 281 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
