JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 65 of 2022 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 427, 379, 354 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 65 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
