Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the parents of this petitioner have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1175 of 2016 (Annexure-2) after considering the material in the case diary and noticing the fact that sister of the deceased was also married in the same family and she stated that due to some family quarrel, victim committed suicide on her own will. The petitioner is husband of victim of dowry death.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16764 of 2018 (2) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sandesh Police Station Case No. 105 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
