JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-11-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. a) For a direction upon the Respondent Authorities to issue AADHAR number of Arushi Kumari

Patna High Court CWJC No.15435 of 2023(2) dt.08-11-2023 2/2 [minor daughter of the Petitioner] who has been denied the same despite being validly enrolled for AADHAR as far back as in 2014 itself for no lawful and cogent reason.

b) For a direction upon the Respondent Authorities to pay appropriate and adequate compensation for the mental harassment caused and for jeopardizing academic career of Arushi Kumari [minor daughter of the Petitioner] due to non-issuance of AADHAR number for past nine years."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
