The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 341, 323, 354, 504 of IPC.

Allegedly, the petitioners along with other accused persons have assaulted the informant and his son. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. It is further submitted that the petitioners were granted benefit of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76096 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 Section 41(A) of the Cr.P.C. Later on, after investigation, police has submitted charge-sheet against the petitioners and other coaccused persons. The allegation leveled against the petitioners are not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 24.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.73022 of 2022. Petitioner no.1 has no criminal antecedent and petitioner no.2 has one criminal antecedent as mentioned in para 3 of the bail application.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No.88 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) priyanka/- U T
