2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Udwantnagar P. S. Case No. 332 of 2025 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 103(1) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused assaulted on the head of informant's daughter with bricks as a result of which she died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is devar of the deceased. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67165 of 2025(3) dt.24-11-2025 2/2 the bail application and submitted that petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased as per information disclosed by the deceased to the informant.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
