The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 625 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

No.62237 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Excise Case No. 625 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
