2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.1220 of 2025 arising out of Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 49 of 2024 lodged on 29.01.2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 302 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-V, Patna City, Patna.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the regular bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 20.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18121 of 2025. Counsel submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2024 and charge has been framed in this case on 21.07.2025 which is annexed as Annexure-3.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that there is specific allegation against the petitioner and one another accused person that they have fired gun shot at the chest of the informant's brother due to which he died on the spot.
5. In this view of the matter considering that there is specific allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Divyansh/- U T
