The petitioner has been in custody since 05.08.2017 in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 443 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 363/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Diary of the present case was called for which has since been received.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State after perusal of the case diary submits that save and except the suspicion cast on the petitioner, there is no further material in the case diary.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4482 of 2018 (3) dt.19-02-2018 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 443 of 2017.
