The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No.185 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 308, 364, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that when the informant was sitting at the Tadi shop of Kailash Paswan, at that time, Kundan Rai along with the petitioner no.4 borne on motorcycle came there

After short interval, the Scorpio vehicle of the petitioner no.3 reached there from which the petitioner nos.1 to 3 and the petitioner no.5 along with Pankaj Rai and two unknown got down and put the informant in the Scorpio vehicle and carried him to village-Lahladpur. After some time, Kundan Kumar and the petitioner no.4 also came there boarding on motorcycle and went in another direction. Thereafter, all caused assault to the informant through hockey and stick, due to which he sustained injury on his whole body. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, earlier, the petitioner no.1 had lodged Lalganj P.S. Case No.162 of 2019 against the informant and others, due to that reason, only to put undue pressure upon the petitioners, the informant has lodged the present case with false story. Moreover, the injuries of the informant are simple in nature. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial
