The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No.164 of 2017, a case under Sections 272/273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

About 18 liters of Nepali liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 14.11.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5084 of 2018 (2) dt.29-01-2018 P2/ Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
