Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Darbhanga Town PS Case no.139 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 120B, 324, 307, 448, 504, 379, 354, 436, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR the petitioner and other accused persons are engaged in loot and damage of the property of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been named along with other accused persons and no specific allegation has been attributed against him as well as he has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62190 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S.Case No.139 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
