Case No. 209 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The petitioner is alleged to have ravished an eight years old girl, which allegation has been corroborated by the 164 Cr. P.C statement of the victim.
