JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order, dated 15.05.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23019 of 2017 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within six months. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that uptill now only his evidence has been concluded and still it take time in argument.

Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

In view of the facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected. However, learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude it within a period of two months, from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) SA/- U
