The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 376/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complaint based FIR would reveal that allegation of commission of physical relation with the complainant on the pretext of marriage is against co-accused Mohan Halwayee. Petitioner is not named in the complaint petition. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where
