2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karpurigram P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 80(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He along with others is said to have killed the deceased after assaulting her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased has committed suicide which finds support from the post-mortem report as no external injury except for a horizontal abrasion mark on the neck.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66949 of 2025(3) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Samastipur/ concerned Court in connection with Karpurigram P.S. Case No. 67 of 2025.
