Patna High Court CWJC No.17340 of 2023(2) dt.02-09-2024 2/3 written to the petitioner to submit some documents. Learned counsel has stated that pursuant to the said letter the petitioner has given a letter on 09.04.2023 (Annexure-16) giving details and also the necessary proof. However, the authorities till date have not passed any order and the matter is still pending before the authority concerned. Learned counsel has, therefore, prayed this Hon'ble Court to direct the Respondent No. 4 to consider the letter dated 09.04.2023 (Annexure- 16) and pass necessary orders by fixing time-frame.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent Nos. 3 to 8 has stated that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Respondent No. 4 to consider the letter dated 09.04.2023 (Annexure-16) by the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the above made submissions without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 4 to consider the letter dated 09.04.2023 (Annexure-16) and pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties. It is needless to mention that an opportunity of hearing will be given to the petitioner. And in case the authority finds that the

In case the authority comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner needs to be rejected, he shall pass an order giving the reasons for such rejection.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
