Mr. Ram Sevak Choudhary ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Saraiya P. S. Case No. 163 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. allegation against the petitioner is of snatching of golden chain, and mobile phone at the point of pistol from the informant. The F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown, later on, name of the petitioner transpires during the investigation.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been arrested in connection with other some cases and from that case he has been remanded and recovered the looted articles from his possession. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

No.63731 of 2019(3) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.1st, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Saraiya P. S. Case No. 163 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition that he has to appear before the police of his local area in first week of each month, so that, he may watch the conduct of the petitioner. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.S.P. Muzaffarpur for needful.
