The present application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against Opposite Party No. 4 for the willful and deliberate violation of this Court's order dated 06.09.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18323 of 2021 by which the petitioners were permitted to withdraw the writ petition and directed to file an appropriate application before the Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority (for short 'LAARA') and direction was issued to the Authority to decide the same in accordance with law.

3. The LAARA, Gaya is directed to decide all the

Patna High Court MJC No.2896 of 2023(4) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 issues raised by the petitioners and dispose of the Land Acquisition Miscellaneous Case No. 2 of 2024 within three months from the date of communication of this order.
