Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused Mithlesh Kumar, having similar allegation, has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21447 of 2016 (Annexure-5) considering, in detail, the merit of the case.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Food Corporation opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16827 of 2018 (2) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Goh Police Station Case No. 19 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
