The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 353, 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that earlier vide order dated 22.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40838 of 2021, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court.

Considering the fact that vide order dated 22.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40838 of 2021, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72696 of 2022(2) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 prayer for grant of anticipatory bail has already been rejected by this Court and the fact that no new ground has been raised by the petitioner to take a different view in the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the second anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.
