JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 451 of 2017, a case under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(A), 66(D) of I.T. Act.

Petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. Specific allegation is that one Chandan Kumar had contacted for extraneous help in T.E.T. Examination, 2017 to the cousin of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that similarly situated co-accused Mukesh Kumar Gupta has been allowed anticipatory bail by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14699 of 2018 (2) dt.14-03-2018 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kotwali Police Station Case No. 451 of 2017 with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
