The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act,2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 162 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the cattle-shed of one Saroj Kumar Ray. It is further contended that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged recovery. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 02.03.2018.
