Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chapra (Town) P.S.Case no.178 of 2019 dated 31.3.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. does not disclose any allegation against the petitioner rather she has stated that she had gone on her won sweet-will.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.64753 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra (Town) P.S.Case No.178/19 dated 31.3.2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
