2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 366, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the deceased was already a married women. This petitioner brought her and wanted to marry with her. He started demanding Rs. 2 Lakhs as dowry and due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, he killed the deceased. The dead body was recovered from the house of the petitioner. He is in jail since 06.06.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2024 having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, this application is dismissed.
