JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 236/2019 arising out of Pali P.S. Case No. 24 of 2012, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 349, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added. Prosecution case is that petitioner along with several others came and assaulted the father of informant and specific allegation against one Lalan Manjhi, who assaulted the father of informant by means of lathi on his head.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that altogether thirteen persons including petitioner have been made accused in this case. However, no specific allegation has been attributed to the petitioner rather specific allegation is against one Lalan Manjhi and petitioner has been in custody since

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - VII, Jehanabad, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 236/2019 arising out of Pali P.S. Case No. 24 of 2012, subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
