Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2017. Allegation is that a loaded country made pistol with cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail after completion of nine months in custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5861 of 2018(3) dt.16-03-2018 2/2 with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 235 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
