The petitioners are in custody since 15.11.2017 in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 45 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that admittedly, for a land dispute certain altercation took place resulting in case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that the injuries are purported to have been inflicted on both the sides.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5748 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., III, Supaul in connection with Pipra P.S.
