The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 204 of 2019 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the petitioner is a habitual offender and a stolen motorcycle was recovered from his possession, I am not inclined to grant him bail even though he is in custody since 04.06.2019. The prayer for bail is rejected. The learned jurisdictional Magistrate, East Champaran is directed to frame charges forthwith and proceed with the trial.
