The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 15.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15715 of 2017, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2016, he has got no criminal antecedent, the post mortem report does not corroborate the prosecution version and further one of co-accused Ranjeet Singh is absconding, resulting, the case has not been committed as yet. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that the petitioner is one of the assailant.
In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of the prayer of bail of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10484 of 2018(3) dt.21-03-2018 2/2 petitioner, again his such prayer stands rejected in connection with Khusrupur P. S. Case No. 120 of 2015 pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M. VI, Patna City.
However, learned A.C.J.M., Patna City is directed to commit the case of the petitioner and others who are in attendance in accordance with law and after commitment, let the trial be expedited and concluded the same as early as possible, preferably within nine months.
