The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has specifically disclosed the name of co-accused, Avinash @ Suraj, who is alleged to have brought her in a four wheeler and kept her in his house at Hajipur. This petitioner is nowhere involved in the alleged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73687 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 occurrence. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 06.01.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 237 of 2017.
