04. 02.03.2016 In the nature of dispute between the parties, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on her behalf.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 19.03.2014 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Singhawara P.S. Case No. 17 of 2006 pending before the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga. It has been submitted that the Complainant is not appearing the Court below.

In view of such, the Court below is directed to conclude the proceeding positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.
