Petitioner is in custody in connection with S. Tr. No. 110 of 2019 arising out of Halsi P.S. Case No. 86 of 2019 for the offence under sections 323, 307, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The petitioner is the father of the deceased. Learned counsel submits that while returning home on motorcycle, the daughter of the informant aged about two years sustained accidental injury and she died on the spot. The petitioner also sustained injury and he was arrested on the spot itself.

Considering the fact that petitioner is the father of the deceased accompanying the petitioner alongwith the other two sisters, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge,Lakhisarai, in connection with S.Tr. No. 110 of 2019 arising out of Halsi P.S. Case No. 86 of 2019.
