The learned senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the dispute has been compromised between the petitioner-husband and the respondent-wife out side the court and now the prayer has been confined only for a direction to the learned court below for early disposal of the Matrimonial Case No. 69 of 2011 for restoration of peace between the parties.
