JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Sanhola PS Case No. 273 of 2017 registered under Sections 188, 290, 372 of the IPC and Section 30A of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a tempo driver, the so called 19 litres liquor was being carried away by the passenger who escaped away and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pankaj Yadav @ Pankaj Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise) Bhagalpur in connection with Sanhola PS Case No. 273 of 2017.
