JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-10-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Allouli P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 337, 338, 504, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting the informant and specific allegation against co-accused Devendera Singh of firing on informant, however, the said firing did not hit anybody.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and no

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Allouli P.S.
